Students are often referred to us throughout the year by school counselors, teachers, students and families. 

1.  Enrollment Forms and records

Send relevant report cards, transcripts and test scores for the course(s) you wish to take. 

2.  Call or email to set up an initial interview

713-783-7200 or roainfo@gmail.com.  In the initial admissions interview, we meet with prospective students and their caretakers to exchange information about services and needs. It's a great time to tour the campus and meet the staff.

3.  Needs assessment

During the needs assessment, ROA staff will review transcripts, grades and evaluation records from previous schools to determine what ROA can offer.

4.  Recommendations

Following the needs assessment, we'll recommend a program for the student. Once the recommendations have been accepted, a service contract and an individualized academic plan are developed.
